Protein Structures: The WebPSN webserver needs a protein structure in the pdb format. You can either specify a valid pdb code to be retrieved from the PDB.org server or upload a pdb file from your hard disk.
Multiple structures can be uploaded if the system under study includes one or more not yet parametrized amino acid residues. In that case, the protein that will undergo the PSN-ENM procedure, i.e. the reference structure, can be selected among those provided by the user in the following step.
