1	Click on Trj Submit in the vertical menu on the left and then on Single PSN link on the right
2	In this case example, a .psn file obtained from a molecular dynamics trajectory of the second PDZ domain from human PTP1E (PDB 3LNX) will be used to build the PSG and to search for the shortest communication pathways. Download the .psn file used in this example and upload it Click on Submit button
